Scott from Turn Key Mechanical Inc. fixed my cooling problem quickly and explained all repairs and charges. With it being summer I was extremely happy that he showed up when he said he would and the price was less than others that only provided a quote on phone.
We’ve had them out twice for service. Last year our upstairs A/C unit had a coolant leak outside where the tubing goes into the condenser. This year the same thing happened with the downstairs unit. Scott came out to fix the leak both times and charged me a fair price to re-solder the tube, pressure check the system, and refill the system with coolant. Last year’s repair is still going strong and the one from this year is as well. I appreciate that he came out and fixed the issue without trying to up-sell other expensive upgrades. I had two great experiences and would recommend Turn Key Mechanical Inc. to others.

Scott, the owner of the company, installed a new American Standard package a/c heat pump. The install was more difficult than expected, but Scott did a good job of working through the old ductwork that was stubborn. When the new unit did not work initially, Scott worked to diagnose the problem and ultimately determined that the new unit was shipped with a bad compressor. Scott worked with his supplier and sourced a new compressor which was not as easy to locate as anticipated. Scott did a good job of removing the bad compressor and replacing it with a new one. I liked the fact that I was communicating directly with the owner / operator instead of a separate scheduler, sales, and installer. I will call Turn Key Mechanical Inc. again whenever I need AC work.
This company gave me a reasonable estimate compared to other companies. They gave me a great deal when I needed two air conditioners. When they came to install, they were always 15 minutes early. They went right to work and finished in time stated. I am extremely happy with our new air conditioners. Scott, the owner knows his business and would recommend him highly.
Scott responded quickly and was able to make it right out to fix my AC the same day. I had a refrigerant leak outside on the pipe going into the unit that sits on the ground next to the house. He identified the problem, fixed it, pressure tested, and refilled the system and charged a fair price for the labor and refrigerant. 2 weeks later it is still working and seems to be ready for the summer.

Scott figured out that the first company I contacted had misdiagnosed the issue and the fix would be much more involved. After getting quotes from multiple others to replace the whole system, Turn Key Mechanical was the most competitive and was able to schedule me the soonest. Scott was there at every step to answer my questions about the process and about the other quotes. Day of, the entire team (Scott, Wade, Austin and Jesus) did a great job keeping me informed and we had cool air quickly. All the debris was removed promptly. I was concerned at first. As a newer company, Turn Key Mechanical has a fraction of the reviews that other, well-established companies do. But when Scott came, I could tell that he was someone who knew HVAC inside and out. I have purchased two separate HVAC systems from Turn Key Mechanical Inc. and the owner, Scott, has always been incredibly helpful and professional. Providing advice based upon his many years of experience in this field and education in mechanical engineering. Installations went well and he and his crew provided a lot of additional work to ensure that everything was just right. Removing old systems and making sure everything was up to spec for my new installations (there were previous issues that he rectified prior to installing the new unit). I’ve also used Turn Key Mechanical for maintenance on my systems as well as repairs on other systems (older systems not purchased from TKM) when I had issues, such as when run capacitor dies and there is no AC. He’s been responsive and always able to rapidly troubleshoot and repair any issues I’ve had. I highly recommend Scott and Turn Key Mechanical for any and all HVAC needs.
I had a condensation line that wasn’t operating properly and my AC unit had not been serviced in over 6 years. Scott from Turn Key Mechanical Inc. responded to my request immediately and came out a couple of hours later. He cleaned out the condensation line and even replaced the piping that was installed incorrectly. He cleaned and deodorized the indoor coil, which was pretty dirty and had a fair amount of dog hair, and ran diagnostics on the unit. His price was fair and he got the work done quickly. I know it was a little further NW than he might have liked to travel to, but I appreciated it very much. I will definitely hire him again and I recommend him to anyone looking for an honest and reliable AC expert. Thanks Scott!!

I highly recommend Turn Key Mechanical Inc. My condenser / a/c unit went completely out. I had a well-known A/C company give me a quote for a condenser and a furnace for over 16k. The issue was they were being persistent on up-selling a complete HVAC when I only needed a condenser. After contacting Scott with Turn Key, it was determined that I only needed to replace my condenser and not the furnace. Scott installed my condenser unit saving me thousands.
